While there are many similar Chartreuse Daisy recipes, all just a tweak different, there is but one recipe which @stevethebartender has which uses less gin and raspberry syrup. My mistake? I didn’t choose Steve’s! Why, you ask? I was mostly underwhelmed is all. The common recipe was fine, it was adequate, but it was missing something. And I have a sense that when I make Steve’s raspberry laden recipe, it’s ‘gonna be excellent!
Combine the first three ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into a cocktail glass over fresh pebble ice.
Pour over Yellow Chartreuse & garnish with a dehydrated Cocktail Garnish Co Orange Slice
