Clock Bar, San Francisco CA 2003

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 ounce green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 ounce falernum
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
Preparation:

Swizzle with crushed ice (or shake with ice and strain over crushed ice) in a tall glass.

Garnish: Mint sprig and fresh nutmeg.
