About this Cocktail
One in a series of green(ish) cocktails to celebrate the Irish. A swizzle of green chartreuse and CdM to capture the proper hue, and then some pineapple and velvet Falernum add to the taste.
1.5 oz Green Chartreuse
1.0 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Velvet Falernum
1/8 oz Creme de Menthe
Optional Garnish: Mint
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until well chilled.
Place a single rectangular highball ice cube into a chilled high ball glass and strain shaker into that glass.
Optionally garnish with mint.
