About this Cocktail
Inspired by Leandro Educated Barfly & Steve The Bartender always, my small change to a Chocolate Negroni.
1 oz Beefeaters Gin
1/2 oz Noily Pratt Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Campari
2-3 dashes Aztec Chocolate Bitters
1/2 pinch cocoa powder (garnish)
1/4 pinch pink Himalayan Salt (garnish)
Orange Peel (garnish)
Add all but garnish options in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir for 30 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass holding one large ice cube/sphere.
Garnish with orange peel and either both of cocoa powder & pink Himalayan salt.
