About this Cocktail
An autumn and holiday drink marrying two great flavors - orange & chocolate. Flexibility in swapping the Gin for Bourbon and Curaçao for Cointreau is your choice.
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/4 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate (or dark Creme de Cacao)
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash Fee Bros Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Optional Dark Chocolate shavings for garnish
Note: This can either be prepared in a shaker or a mixing glass with the latter yielding a cloudier drink.
Combine all the ingredients save the garnish shavings.
Stir or shake well for 30+ seconds until well chilled.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with dark chocolate shavings by using a microplaner and/or top with a thin orange twist.
