About this Cocktail
I created this cocktail for the simplon bar. As a monthly cocktail for march.
Its a twist to the horses neck. Sweet-light-fruity
40ml Four Roses Bourbon
10ml St.Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10ml Violet Liqueur
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1dash Orange Bitters (Angostura)
Top with Ginger Ale (Schweppes)
Add all ingredients (except the ginger ale) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glas.
Top off with Ginger Ale.
Garnish with an Orange Swirl.
