About this Cocktail
My preferred martini.
2 oz Bombay Dry Gin
1 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Regans No. 6 Orange Bitters
Lemon twist, for garnish
Combine gin, vermouth, and bitters in a chilled mixing glass. Fill with ice, and stir until sufficiently chilled and diluted. Strain into coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
I find that your simple Bombay Dry provides a nicely balanced martini with the Dolin Dry. For an earthier, less juniper-forward martini, Plymouth Gin also works nicely.
