A classic and now that it's mid-summer, a must! I got this particular recipe from the Bartender's Choice app (Milk n Honey dudes), then tweaked it a bit.
Dry shake vigorously, wet shake just as vigorously. Double Strain into coupe.
*I always use Demerara Syrup instead of Simple Syrup.
**I used a whole egg. It was sensational.
***I used Small's American Dry gin because it has Raspberry and Cardamom notes. Damn delicious.
