About this Cocktail

Just created that drink at Roka Aldwych for futur havana competition.

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml havana club maestro
  • 25 ml yuzu juice
  • 20 ml homemade vanilla syrup
  • 10 ml fig balsamic vinegar
Preparation:

Shake it hard, double strain on a nika nora, and served on a smoked bambou leaf, with vanilla pods and sansho pepper.
