A nice little mix of flavors and muddling and pretty as well. I double the recipe to “fill the glass “
1 oz Bacardi light rum
1/4 oz Chambord
1/4 oz white Creme de cacao
Place 4 raspberries and the Chambord in a shaker tin and muddle thoroughly.
Add the rum and Creme de cacao into the shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously for 10+ seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a raspberry (or three) on a dress pick.
