Inspired by my colleague Dean, mixology640, a coffee coconut rum based cocktail which checks every box for me. I used Tia Maria instead of Kahlua, but next time I won’t when I probably use Mr. Black and then eventually back to Kahlua. BTW, Dean added coffee beans to his chocolate garnish, but I went with chocolate only.
2 oz Myers Dark Rum
1 oz Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Mr Stacks Toasted Coconut Liqueur
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Chocolate 🍫 Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a chocolate piece on a cocktail pick.
