My riff on Jerry Thomas' Cold Ruby Punch for a 2011 Mixoloseum online event. The biggest changes were the Batavia Arrack and port getting switched to cachaça and Lillet/Cocchi Americano for a more summery spin on things. I kept with the jewel naming convention.
1 oz Cachaça
1 oz Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
1 1/2 oz Green Tea (cooled)
1/2 oz Sugar
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
Stir sugar with tea until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients and ice, shake, and strain into a rocks glass or cocktail glass.
