About this Cocktail

Created by Hunter Orahood / original / Classic Daisy Variation

  • 2oz Leopold Bros Gin
  • 3/4 Fresh Lemon
  • 3/4 House-made tea curaçao
  • 8 Blueberries

Add citrus, tea curaçao and 6 blueberries to your mixing glass and muddle. Add 2oz of Gin. (I'm using a small batch Colorado gin, but feel free to sub.) Top your mixing glass off with ice / shake / double strain over new ice into a double rocks glass. See picture for garnish.

I'm making my curaçao from scratch which is a rather long process, but for a quick and tasty tea curaçao you can infuse orange curaçao with loose leaf jasmine tea and 1 tsp. coriander for approx 15-20 minutes. In a pinch Cointreau would work too. When subbing ingredients always check that your citrus is balanced. This is something you should do every day regardless. Not all citrus is created equal! Enjoy...
