A drink I created at work at Our Fathers which is nestled inside the Continuum building underneath apartments. It was in thinking about how Green Chartreuse and Cynar are good buddies as are curaçao with those two, so why not partner all three?
2 oz Dry Gin
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz Cynar
1/4 oz Dry Curaçao
Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with an orange twist.
My spirit choices were Bully Boy Gin that they make for our restaurant, Alessio sweet vermouth, and Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao.
