About this Cocktail
One of the festive cocktails I made over the holidays. Caorunn is becoming my go to Gin and I’m loving creating homemade sherbets.
1 & 1/2oz Caorunn Gin
1/2oz Blood Orange Cointreau
1/2oz freshly squeezed blood orange juice
3/4oz home made blood orange sherbet
2 dashes Cranberry Bitters
2 dashes Winter Spiced Bitters
Rosemary sprig garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a lightly spanked sprig of Rosemary.
