About this Cocktail
Fruity take on the original gimlet. The addition of Creme de Cassis adds a hint of berry and the Rose water and lime give off a floral/citrus nose to a classic.
-2 1/2oz Gin
-1/2oz Creme de Cassis
-1/2oz Lime Juice
-1/2oz Simple Syrup
Shake all but rose water in a tin over ice. Then strain in a coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel. Garnish with a lime wheel or lime twist. Add 5 drops of rose water.
