Czech my rum out

About this Cocktail

My brother visited from Prague and gave me a bottle of Becherovka and I wanted to make a drink out of it so I found this recipe from kindred cocktails and tweaked it a bit. I added the five spice bitters to mellow out the flavor.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Becherovka
• 1 oz 12 yr Appleton rum
• .5 oz heering cherry liquor
• a Dash of Chinese five spice bitters
• Cherry bitters
• Orange peel to garnish
• .25 oz Portside spiced rum

Preparation:

Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.
