About this Cocktail

Final drink of the night at September’s Good Cocktail Club in Glasgow’s Good Spirits Co.

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Rittenhouse Rye Bottled in Bond
  • 15ml Cocchi de Torino Vermouth
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 15ml Fernet Branca
  • 2 dashes Peychauds Bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe, no garnish.
