3oz Fever Tree ginger beer
1/2oz Lime juice
1/4oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
Most important thing about this drink is that it's ice cold. Use a Collins glass that's been in a glass chiller, fill with crushed ice, add ginger beer, then lime, then allspice dram, then the measure of goslings. Top with more ice if needed. Garnish with lime and candied ginger
