About this Cocktail
I wanted to play with cardamom bitters and egg whites and came up with this.
2 oz Woodford reserve rye
1 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz of Dom Benedictine
1 tbsp of egg whites
Pour ingredients into shaker. Dry shake then add ice and shake again and pour into coupe glass. Add a few drops of angostura bitters for design and taste.
