About this Cocktail

A riff on one of my own creations, ‘The Devil Makes 3’

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz Cinnamon Green Rooibos-Infused El Jimador Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Montelobos Joven Mezcal
  • 0.25 oz Sesame-Lemongrass-Infused Ransom Dry Gin
  • 0.25 oz Ginger liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Allspice Dram (Homemade)
  • 0.5 oz Raw Blue Agave Syrup
  • 1 TBS Quince Jelly
  • 1 tsp Redcurrant Jelly
  • 2 Cucumber slices
  • 3 Drops Bittermens Boston Bittahs
Preparation:

Muddle cucumber with jellies. Add everything and ice with ice, shake, then fine strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
