About this Cocktail
The Cocktails in the City event came to Glasgow for the first time this month. The Hillhead Bookclub teamed up with Naked Grouse whisky to present this drink.
50ml Popcorn infused Naked Grouse*
5ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
10ml homemade fig syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters
Dehydrated Fig slice garnish
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a dehydrated fig slice.
*Infuse whisky with sweet and salted popcorn for 24 hours and strain through a paper coffee filter.
