A few months back I found this cocktail, but haven’t made it until recently. Looking for something to highlight along with St. Patrick’s Day and with props to Ant’s (cocktails for breakfast) recipe, I opted for two different rums — one of which was vanilla flavored.
1 oz Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1 oz Tortuga Vanilla Rum
1/3 oz Dekuyper Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lime Wheel Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until chilled.
Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
