About this Cocktail

Mike Aikman from Edinburgh's Bramble Bar showcased this cocktail at Tales of the Cocktail on tour this year.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Craigelachie 13 year old
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 10ml gomme syrup
  • 1 dash Bokers Bitters
  • 7.5ml Bræmble Gin Liqueur
  • Blackberries to garnish
Preparation:

Build first four ingredients in a rocks glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with Bræmble liqueur and garnish with blackberries.
