A pretty common Green Chartreuse pairing is with dark chocolate. I couldn’t see why this hasn’t really come through in cocktail form yet, so I decided to give it a go myself in what ended up as a very boozy, silky smooth classic-styled cocktail reminiscent of something out of the Savoy book.
3 oz. Anchor Genevieve (or a jonge genever or very dry gin will do)
1 oz. Green Chartreuse
.5 oz. creme de cacao
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with edible Calibrachoa flower.
