About this Cocktail
For this drink I used Persian Earl Grey from The Gilded Teapot, well worth hunting down! I infused a table spoon into a bottle of Sipsmith gin for half an hour and then strained out.
50ml Earl grey infused Sipsmith gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
Half an egg white
Dash of la fee peach bitters
Dash of teapot bitters
Shake all ingredients dry and then wet shake, single strain into a chilled teacup and garnish with lemon shortbread.
