About this Cocktail

For this drink I used Persian Earl Grey from The Gilded Teapot, well worth hunting down! I infused a table spoon into a bottle of Sipsmith gin for half an hour and then strained out.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Earl grey infused Sipsmith gin
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml gomme
  • Half an egg white
  • Dash of la fee peach bitters
  • Dash of teapot bitters
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients dry and then wet shake, single strain into a chilled teacup and garnish with lemon shortbread.
