About this Cocktail

From a recipe from the Guardian.

Ingredients:
  • 340 grams sugar
  • 170 ml water
  • 1 earl grey teabag
Preparation:

Measure out sugar into a quart container or bowl. Heat water and pour 170 hot ml into a heat proof container. Steep bag of tea in water. Mix tea with sugar. Stir until syrup goes from cloudy to clear. Cool and use in earl grey margarita.
