About this Cocktail
It's kumquat season in Cali and love gin and tonics. Always add bitters, and always make from scratch.
2 oz Gin (Junipero)
3/4 oz Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
5 dash 5x5 Grapefruit Oolong Bitters
5 dash 5x5 Aged Citrus Bitters
Q Club Soda Topper
Muddle 4 kumquats in a shaker. Add bitters, gin and tonic syrup. Shake and double strain into rocks filled glass. Top with sparkle.
