About this Cocktail

It's kumquat season in Cali and love gin and tonics. Always add bitters, and always make from scratch.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Gin (Junipero)
  • 3/4 oz Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
  • 5 dash 5x5 Grapefruit Oolong Bitters
  • 5 dash 5x5 Aged Citrus Bitters
  • Q Club Soda Topper
  • 4 Kumquats
Preparation:

Muddle 4 kumquats in a shaker. Add bitters, gin and tonic syrup. Shake and double strain into rocks filled glass. Top with sparkle.
