About this Cocktail

A peppery masterpiece by Alba Huerta (Julep, Houston) featuring a corn-infused mezcal.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Vago Elote mezcal
  • 1 oz Chateau de Montifaud pineau des charentes
  • 1/2 oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lemon twist, garnish
Preparation:

Stir over cracked ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
