About this Cocktail
Man I am going to town on the couple of bottles of Empress I bought while @wdw recently. Same goes for Italicus, so after some experimentation I went full on purple with something citrusy.
1 1/2 oz Empress Gin
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
@Cocktailgarnishco Dehydrated Lime Garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30+ seconds.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled — double strain into a chilled martini (or coupe) glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice.
