About this Cocktail

Playing around with the some 1800 and blanc vermouth ended up here, and a nice surprise.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. reposado tequila (or mezcal)
  • 1 oz. Dolin blanc vermouth
  • .75 oz. pineapple juice
  • .25 oz. aperol
  • 3 dashes hellfire bitters
Preparation:

Add all ingredients over ice, shake and serve. Drop in a fresh strawberry for garnish.
