About this Cocktail
Still my favorite liqueur on the bar, Escubac really shows its versatility in this Martinez riff, pairing surprisingly well with the sweetness of the Maraschino and sweet vermouth.
3 oz. Escubac
.75 oz. sweet vermouth
.25 oz. dry vermouth
Bar spoon of Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
Add ingredients over ice, stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
