Ingredients:
  • Absinthe (Rinse)
  • 1.5 oz mezcal
  • 0.25 oz St. Germain
  • 0.83 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.17 oz cinnamon bark syrup
  • 1 Tsp cane sugar syrup
Preparation:

Rinse a coupe with absinthe and dump. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the coupe. No garnish.
