from Brad Thomas Parsons' book Amaro (Ten Speed Press)
1.5 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
.75 oz VSOP-level brandy
0.5 oz Amaro Meletti
pinch of kosher salt
Garnish: orange twist
Combine ingredients except garnish in a mixing glass filled w/ ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a double old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Garnish w/ orange twist.
