It’s difficult to find a prettier cocktail than this one. I’ve changed up the rums from what Matt @Tempus reflected in his recipe, but that’s personal preference. The recipe below uses the volumes as specified by Matt, but as usual I push everything up 50% and that’s what’s in my pictures.
1 oz Malibu Rum
1 oz Spiced Rum
3/4 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
1/2 oz Orgeat
1 dash Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until chilled.
Double strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
Quoting @temp, garnish with whimsy - to me, I used a dehydrated lemon, a strawberry and a flying insect!
