About this Cocktail
Refreshing summer cocktail with just the right balance of favors.
2 oz rye
3/4 oz fernet branca
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz maple ale liqueur
Combine rye, fernet, lemon, and maple ale liqueur and shake with ice. Pour into Collins glass filled with chipped ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wheel and mint.
*For Maple Ale Liqueur reduce 12 oz ale in half, combine with 6 oz maple syrup and 6 oz vodka
