About this Cocktail
Summer is Gin'tonic-time. How would you give it a little body & bitter, i.e. slower & more satisfying, while keeping the refreshing simplicity? Here's my attempt to ruin perfection...
1 oz Botanist gin
1 oz lemonade(0.5 oz lemon+0.5 oz s/s)
1 oz tonic
1 grapefruit zest
Shake gin & lemonade. Strain into coupe. Add tonic. Express zest and garnish. Float Fernet. Served up, sip slowly.
ps I struggled to sip slowly as well.
