About this Cocktail

This months Cocktail Club at The Good Spirits Co. in Glasgow was taken over by Harry Olorunda from Emporia brands. This was his twist on an aviation using the brand new Hoxton Pink Gin.

Ingredients:
  • 40ml Hoxton Pink Gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 7.5ml Creme de Figues
  • 5ml Luxardo Marachino Cherry Syrup
  • 5ml Nardini Rabarbaro
  • Cherry and grapefruit twist
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a grapefruit twist
