About this Cocktail

This drink is a crowd pleaser! The Fleur de Coupe is a slightly sweet, floral cocktail that goes down oh so refreshing.

Created at Dockum, a 20's style speakeasy in Wichita, Kansas.

Ingredients:
  • 1.25 oz Brooklyn Gin
  • 0.5 oz St Germaine
  • 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 Tempus Fugit Liqueur de Violettes
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
Preparation:

Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice and vigorously reshake all ingredients.
Strain into coupe glass.
Garnish with available eatable flower.
(Shown with dried hibiscus petals).

** UPDATE **
Try out making a hibiscus bitters (hibiscus and everclear, shaken everyday for 2 weeks). Worked great for garnish as it is a bright fuchsia. Three to five drops in a circle, drag skewer from outside in to create flower design.
