About this Cocktail
Created for the 'Monkey Shoulder Ultimate Bartender Challenge 2014' final.
A whisky twist on the classic Aviation.

Ingredients:
- 35ml Monkey Shoulder
- 15ml St Germain Elderflower
- 5ml Micolo Violette
- 10ml Rosemary Cordial
- 25ml Lemon Juice
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients and double strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.
