1. As spring gives way to summer, I have this intense desire to cram as many fresh ingredients into cocktails as possible! 2. The botanicals in tequila have inspired me to create more vegetal cocktails.
2 oz Reposado Tequila (EspolÃ³n)
0.5 oz Chartreuse Vert
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Agave Nectar
Two dashes Scrappy's Grapefruit Bitters
Several drops Brooklyn Hemispherical Sriracha Bitters
3 cucumber wheels
3 radish wheels
3 pineapple chunks
Small handful of mint
Add ingredients to tin, muddle, dry shake. Add cracked ice to tin, wet shake, double strain into coupe. Drop Sriracha bitters on top of drink and garnish with mint sprig.
