About this Cocktail
From "The Savoy Cocktail Book" via Clyde Common, Portland
1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Rock Candy Syrup (2:1)
2 oz Champagne
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Add the first three ingredients to an iced filled cocktail shaker. Shake, then add champagne into cocktail shaker. Strain into a Collins glass filled with cracked ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
