Frozen Mango Raspberry Margarita

About this Cocktail

Based on a frozen mango margarita ( crossed with a mango raspberry mimosa (

  • 10 to 12 ice cubes
  • 4 oz tequila
  • 6 oz mango puree (see prep below)
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 oz Raspberry liqueur (St. George)
  • Splash of Raspberry Eau de Vie (Clear Creek)
  • Splash of mezcal (optional)

Makes 4 servings.

Mango puree: 2 medium manila mangoes, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, juice of 1/2 lime. Blend to puree. Makes approximately 8 - 10 fluid oz.

Blend ice cubes, tequila, mango puree, and juice of 1 lime together until mixture is chilled and smooth.

Pour into 4 glasses, drizzle liqueur and splashes of eau de vie and mezcal (optional) if you like. Serve artfully swirled or mixed. A better color may come from a raspberry coulis or raspberry puree.
