Based on a frozen mango margarita (https://minimalistbaker.com/chili-lime-mango-margaritas/) crossed with a mango raspberry mimosa (https://www.nospoonnecessary.com/mango-raspberry-mimosa/).
Makes 4 servings.
Mango puree: 2 medium manila mangoes, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, juice of 1/2 lime. Blend to puree. Makes approximately 8 - 10 fluid oz.
Blend ice cubes, tequila, mango puree, and juice of 1 lime together until mixture is chilled and smooth.
Pour into 4 glasses, drizzle liqueur and splashes of eau de vie and mezcal (optional) if you like. Serve artfully swirled or mixed. A better color may come from a raspberry coulis or raspberry puree.
