About this Cocktail
This drink used to be on the menu at The Finneston bar in Glasgow. I’m serving it as a festive flip to family this Christmas.
2oz VS cognac
1oz Creme de Cacao Blanc
2tsp Italian Pistachio cream
1 whole egg
Freeze dried raspberries garnish
Add all ingredients minus the raspberries to a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with freeze dried raspberries.
