About this Cocktail

This drink used to be on the menu at The Finneston bar in Glasgow. I’m serving it as a festive flip to family this Christmas.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz VS cognac
  • 1oz Creme de Cacao Blanc
  • 2tsp Italian Pistachio cream
  • 1 whole egg
  • Freeze dried raspberries garnish
Preparation:

Add all ingredients minus the raspberries to a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass and garnish with freeze dried raspberries.
