Just a french mule (brandy and ginger) with some 'Merica added in via Laird's
Apple Brandy. Loved it.
I think DeToqueville's Mule might have been a better name
Ingredients:
.75oz Cognac (or potable cheap cognac substitute: I used Paul Masson Grande Amber VSOP
.75oz Laird's Old Apple Brandy
Generous .25oz Lime juice
Bittermen's Elemakuke Tiki Bitters to taste (7ish drops)
Angostura Bitters to taste (2 dashes)
Good Ginger Beer
Preparation:
I built this in a chilled mule mug. Added everything but the ginger beer, filled with ice, topped with the ginger and stirred
