About this Cocktail

Just a french mule (brandy and ginger) with some 'Merica added in via Laird's
Apple Brandy. Loved it.
I think DeToqueville's Mule might have been a better name

Ingredients:
  • .75oz Cognac (or potable cheap cognac substitute: I used Paul Masson Grande Amber VSOP
  • .75oz Laird's Old Apple Brandy
  • Generous .25oz Lime juice
  • Bittermen's Elemakuke Tiki Bitters to taste (7ish drops)
  • Angostura Bitters to taste (2 dashes)
  • Good Ginger Beer
Preparation:

I built this in a chilled mule mug. Added everything but the ginger beer, filled with ice, topped with the ginger and stirred
