About this Cocktail

Created 2008 at Le Lion • Bar de Paris in Hamburg

Ingredients:
  • Muddle a handful of basil
  • 60 ml of strong London Dry Gin
  • 30 ml fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20 ml simple sirup
Preparation:

Muddle basil, add ingredients, shake, doublestrain on cubes in tumbler, garnish with basil leave - enjoy!

    Such a wonderful drink. This has been on my menu (both at home and in the restaurant) for years. I make an event of the first one I drink in the springtime as an announcement that summer is here! I often make it with an egg white.
