Gin, Clove and Orange

About this Cocktail

A variation on Dani Deluna‘s „Gin and Orange,“ supplemented with a dash of cloven edge.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz gin (We used St George‘s Rye Gin)
  • 0.5 oz Carpano Antics
  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 2 cloves, crushed
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 drop Bittermens Habenero Shrub
Preparation:

Mix over crushed cloves and ice, shake long and vigorously, and double-strain into a coupe. Orange peel garnish.
