About this Cocktail
A variation on Dani Deluna‘s „Gin and Orange,“ supplemented with a dash of cloven edge.
1.5 oz gin (We used St George‘s Rye Gin)
0.5 oz Carpano Antics
0.5 oz Cointreau
2 cloves, crushed
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash angostura bitters
1 drop Bittermens Habenero Shrub
Mix over crushed cloves and ice, shake long and vigorously, and double-strain into a coupe. Orange peel garnish.
