About this Cocktail
The inspiration for this drink was totally, "How can I float this delicious Crispin Pear Cider on a cocktail?"
2 oz Gin
1 oz Ginger Liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Crispin Pear Cider or other awesome Pear Cider
In tin, combine Gin, Ginger Liqueur and Lemon Juice over ice. Shake and strain into Collins glass. pour Pear Cider on top and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters after that. Express Lemon Peel and garnish.
