About this Cocktail

Imbibe recipe

Ingredients:
  • 6 Mint Sprigs
  • .5oz lime or half of a lime quartered
  • .5oz simple
  • 1.5oz gin
  • .75oz ginger beer
Preparation:

Middle lime, mint, and simple in shaker tin. Add gin and ginger beer. Shake with ice and add to glass (copper mug, Collins, or rocks glass). Serve on ice with mint sprig garnish.
If using non-carbonated ginger beer, top drink with soda water to add carbonation to cocktail.
