About this Cocktail

created by Damon Boelte circa 2014 for Prime Meats, Brooklyn

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz blended Scotch (I like Monkey's Shoulder)
  • .5 oz St-Germain
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 4 ounces ginger beer (I like Royal Jamaican)
Preparation:

1. build all ingredients in a mule mug (or Collins glass)
2. Add crushed ice and stir
3. Garnish with lemon wheel and/or candied ginger
